Go For Rest!
Rest supports creativity,
health and memory

Good rest is crucial for good health. Why? Because rest is like oxygen. It’s one of the most productive things we can do, a time when the body restores itself and the mind organises all the knowledge and experiences we’ve gathered.

I invite you to explore conscious, healing, and energising rest — rest that truly regenerates you so you can return to your day with clarity and vitality. My role is to guide and support you in discovering that rest is just as essential as work. The tools I use to create this balance are yoga (especially Yoga Nidra, “sleep with awareness”), meditation, and sound.

Reconnect with Your Body, Breath & Soul

Rest is not a luxury. It’s a necessity. Give yourself permission to slow down. Roll out your mat. Breathe. Reconnect with your body and soul. Let the soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls and other instruments guide you into stillness. I’d be happy to meet you and share this journey.

Yoga

I believe yoga Yoga is for EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY – no matter your age, flexibility, or background. It’s a practice of relief, balance, and self-kindness.

I teach the way I practice: Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra, always with deep respect for the body’s wisdom and its unique needs.

Sound

The therapeutic bowls used in this practice generate vibrations of the same wavelength as the brainwaves produced in our body during deep relaxation and sleep. When placed on the body, they provide powerful experiences of stress reduction and mental relaxation.

Meditation

Our minds love to wander – to the past, to the future, to all the “what ifs.” Sometimes this is pleasant, but often it’s tiring. Meditation helps us return to the present moment, finding calm and clarity right here, right now.
